Founder & Chief Executive Officer
He founded BGVP CAPITAL PARTNERS after more than ten years of experience. What drew him to finance was never the promise of easy gains: it was precision, method and execution — a standard he carried over into building the fund.
His conviction: finance should produce change rather than comment on it, and be judged on what it applies to itself before proposing it to others.

Pierre Bechmann
Chief Operating Officer
A qualified chartered accountant, he joined the group after more than ten years in finance, notably at KPMG in Luxembourg. He leads structuring, compliance and investor relations, and ensures every case reaches the investment committee with the information needed for an informed decision.

Twenty years running healthcare facilities and networks, up to national operations leadership for a network of several dozen sites. Holder of an Executive MBA from HEC Paris. He brings the group what no financial analysis can replace: operational knowledge of the sector it invests in — and leads the development of the healthcare arm.
Grégoire Lacaze
Head of business development
A graduate of a Master's in finance from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, he built his career between fintech and corporate finance before co-founding Montelux, an established name in payments. He leads the group's commercial development and its partner relationships.
